Project Manager- Operational Excellence

Central London

£500 - £600 per day

Client is a leading Lloyds Broker based in the City of London, is actively looking for an experienced Project Manager who has experience in operational transformation within Insurance ideally. This is a 6 month contract with view to extend, day rate inside IR35.

Responsibilities:

* Work with various business functions to implement operational changes

* Business Process re-engineering

* Transitioning functions offshore

* Working with the development team on automation opportunities

Key Skills:

* A proven track record in operational transformation

* Experience in off-shoring

* Exposure to Automation/ RPA

* Creating process maps and TOM

* Insurance experience

* Ability to work with both business and IT SMEs
