The Company-Bristol based office and clients in the South of England-Flexible working arrangements (mostly remote)-Competitive salary-Collaborative & innovative culture Key ResponsibilitiesLiaising with stakeholders to establish the needs of clients, as well as managing their expectations and setting agreed objectivesManaging a team to deliver complex Salesforce projects on time and to budget, motivating and influencing team members to be accountable and achieve successTaking responsibility for the people and defining project objectives and deliverables across the full lifecycle - delivering to targeted cost, timescale, and quality parametersIdentifying potential risks and developing solutions to manage them Key RequirementsProject Management experience on the Salesforce PlatformExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesAbility to negotiate for project delivery successExperience of project planning, issue, risk and change managementDemonstrated experience of delivering projects to budget, on time, and at qualityStrong communication skills with proven stakeholder managementExperience securing new projects - contributing to proposals, creating propositions, and presenting these to clients Interviews are taking place next week, so please apply now and we will schedule a call to discuss the role in more detail!
