The IT Project Coordinator Role: We're now recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join our busy PMO team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality project management service to internal and external clients for projects (small to mid-sized) end to end including full management of the delivery team. About You: + Project management experience delivering projects for a SI/Consultancy with over 1 years of PM experience in a similar SI
+ Experience with M365, Azure and Windows 10 related projects as well as Datacentre transition projects, traditional infrastructure implementation and migration projects is highly advantageous
+ Experience in change management, risk management, setting up and initiating projects
+ Experience of running a number of concurrent projects successfully
+ Appreciation and understanding of the underlying Microsoft core stack, Cloud offerings and underlying infrastructure
+ Whilst not a technical role a strong appreciation and understanding of the underlying technologies is required
+ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to effectively articulate an opinion and engage with both internal and external stakeholders through a variety of different mediums
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships and work cross functionally and interact confidently
+ Proficient in the use of MS Project, Word, Excel and Outlook
+ Solid planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work
+ Ability to carry out tasks to a high standard with a strong eye for attention to detail and thorough approach to their work
+ Demonstrates a strong focus on customer satisfaction
+ Team player - understands the importance of teamwork.
+ PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent is a must have
+ ITIL & Technical qualifications advantageous. Location: Wisborough Green, with flexibility to work from home
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £30,000 to £36,000 Depending on skills and experience.
