1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst Stockport - Salary up to £24,000 (dependent upon experience) *Role temporarily remoteA well-established and respected Managed IT Services Provider have continued to go from strength to strength over the course of the pandemic. Having experienced a major surge in demand for their services and continued to add new clients to their existing portfolio, they are now seeking to a appoint a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst. You will join their experienced Technical Services Delivery team where you will be responsible for providing technical support skills to their customers remotely, over the phone as well as onsite covering everything from PCs, Servers to network devices.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business who works with clients nationwide and manages everything from IT consultancy, design, implementation to managed services, as well as field support across a range of cutting-edge technologies.You will join an experienced team, will be surrounded by like-minded people driven to excel who will be happy to support you in your own development.
