A senior controls system engineer role on offer for someone to play a fundamental part in an award winning business who are looking to grow and thrive throughout this period.
Do you have programming PLC/HMI experience with an electrical/controls engineering background? Have you lead projects, teams to design and manufacture bespoke systems/machines?
This company excels in their design and production of bespoke equipment for various industries within the energy sector including Oil & Gas, Subsea and Petrochemical. As part of their ongoing growth they are currently looking for a Senior Controls Engineer to lead projects.
In this role you will be managing all aspects of projects from concept to completion. This will involve dealing directly with clients, programming PLC/HMI (Siemens) and ensuring that the solutions meet specific requirements and timescales. You will take the technical lead as part of a multidisciplinary team including mechanical design engineers and will work on high-end, bespoke projects.
The ideal person will have good project management experience, an electrical/controls engineer background, the ability to programme PLC's/HMI's. you'll ideally worked with pressure related products and the ability to lead and organise a team to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
The Role:
*Senior System Controls Engineer
*Dealing with clients, deadlines, managing a team and overall Project Management
*Working with/programming PLC's and HMI's
*Create programmes for bespoke systems through modification of existing software and creation of new software
