The Role

Data and information management are essential to the achievement of our strategic goals. We need to drive and continuously improve how we govern, identify, integrate, provide and store data as it will enable us to improve member experience and improve operational efficiencies.

As our new Information Analyst, you will be responsible for helping us achieve our data and information strategies and implement relevant plans. As an information management subject matter expert, the successful applicant will assist the Information Manager and provide advice to colleagues across all functions within the business. You will help us to adapt, develop and use business analysis techniques to support and execute the Society's data and information strategies and plans including the implementation of the Society's master data management strategy, as well as supporting complex change and continuous improvement across the Society.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with previous experience in information management and/ or data analysis. You'll have a rounded set of information and data management skills with a good knowledge of data and information management theory, lifecycles, maturity models and regulations, and good analytical reasoning, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ideally, you'll also have experience of being involved in significant business change including staffing, cultural, financial, and IT (including master data management strategies), and have a proven ability to solve problems creatively and effectively, and understand business drivers for change. We would like someone who wants to develop a career at the Law Society.
