Based in Konstanz the Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer will be joining a fantastic technology company that focus on the automotive market. The hardware department at this company is rapidly growing and the successful engineer will be joining a great team, working in an exciting environment. The Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer will be tasked to design and develop automotive products with primary focus on charging for electric vehicles and motor drives. The main responsibilities of the Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer will be to design DC-DC Modules for automotive applications, technical coordination with customers, supplier and relevant departments and carry out development work on existing products. The successful candidate will have a relevant degree in Electronics and have direct exposure to:Power conversion for low (60v)DC-DC converter and inverter designKnowledge of EMC and thermal managementThis is a key role for an established organisation, offering an excellent remuneration package and rewarding benefits.
