JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title:Business AnalystInside IR35 
Location:Swindon PAYE Job Purpose and primary objectives: Business Analysis, Requirement Elicitation, Gap & Impact Analysis, Business Process Modelling, Agile Ways of Working Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): ? Elicit, analyze, specify and validate the business needs of stakeholders ? Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision. ? Identify and manage project stakeholders. ? Create Requirement Strategy, Requirement scope, Requirement Plan, Manage BA resource, End to End Business Analysis/Architecture knowledge ? Gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios and other methods. ? Document the user stories and acceptance criteria, manage non functional requirements ? Create as-is/to-be process maps, customer journeys. ? Work closely with product owner to groom and prioritise the backlog. ? Participate in scrum ceremonies. ? Work closely with the Architects/Technical stakeholders on Non-Functional aspects and participate in solution, feasibility analysis discussions. ? Provides requirements consultancy to development and test teams. ? Contribute to IT readiness, product launch activities ? Provide business readiness support wrt training, process documents etc. Key Skills/Knowledge: ? Experience in Retail Banking & Financial Services Domain ? Extensive experience in business analysis and requirements elicitation. ? Experience working with stakeholders at different levels (business as well as technical) ? Experience working in waterfall as well as Agile environments. ? Experience in conducting workshops and sessions to elicit business requirements. ? Experience in gathering Non-Functional requirements. ? Proficient in Business Process mapping, creating AS-IS, TO-BE business processes, High level, detailed level Business Requirements and Target Operating Model ? Experience in business and IT Readiness activities during solution roll out ? Experience in conducting gap analysis, impact analysis. ? Ability to interpret customer requirements into feasible options and communicating these back to the business stakeholders ? Well versed with Agile way of working, exposure to product backlog grooming, user stories and acceptance criteria ? Excellent written and oral communication skills ? Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. ? Strong Interpersonal and consultative skills ? Experience in using different SCRUM tools such has JIRA, Confluence etc. ? Awareness of latest technologies and trends such as Cloud, DevOps, Containerization etc. Experience required:10-15 years Duration of the Assignment:6 Months Person Specification: I.e. Negotiating, client facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills, supportive. ? Must have experience of working in a client facing role ? Must have experience in working in a multi-vendor environment ? Must have excellent written and oral communication skills ? Must have strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills ? Must have strong interpersonal and consultative skills
