Marine Project Manager role on offer for someone to play a fundamental part of a global company that is looking to grow exponentially throughout this period, where you'll lead prestigious projects.Do you have strong project management skills with a practical hands-on background? Have you lead projects, teams and worked with subsea and telecom cable installation?

This company is an inventive provider of subsea and telecoms technology. The company supplies both unique and essential systems directly to onshore locations and has developed a reputation for delivering highly technical, bespoke solutions for their customer base. As a result of signing a new contract they are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to form a vital part of their international operations.

This role requires a wide range of diverse skills varying from the understanding of marine operations for telecom cable installation, dealing face to face with clients, running and managing marine projects, liaising with subcontractors, dealing with requirement specs and getting stuck in with hands on practical work where needed.

The ideal person will have good project management experience including: strong client relationships, strong leadership skills, the ability to organise projects and to be able to ensure a smooth operation start to finish on both engineering and commercial aspects. The ideal person will also have come from a practical background with an understanding of the production and assembling of subsea telecom cables.The Role:

*Project Manager - Subsea Telecom Cables.

*Dealing with clients, proposals, sub-contractors, requirement specs, tenders.

*Act as Company point of contact for all marine operations

*Advise on all marine matters to enable innovative sales solutions

The Person:

* Good project management skills

* Practical experience of working subsea telecoms

* Knowledge of software such as MS Office and MS Project

* Will ideally have managed projects and operations including installation work of subsea telecoms cables
