£35,000 - £40,000 + Succession Plan into Directorship + Training + Holiday + Pension + Overtime

Excellent opportunity to join an established family run company in a close-knit and friendly environment where you will have the opportunity to assist in the growth of a new division of the company with the outcome of becoming director of the sister company.

This family-run company are specialist medium-sized contractors in the construction industry. They specialise in a variety of projects ranging up to value of £600k within the education and conservation industries.

In this role, you will be working under the current director to assist with management duties and to gain training under his leadership. Your role will also include contracts management, site visits, surveys, sales, and generally growing the business. The role will allow for plenty of autonomy, with a succession plan for you to take over as Director within 2 years.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry within a contracts manager, operations manager, surveyor, or similar role. All construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply; however, those with experience in the conservation/ preservation of high end older buildings would be highly regarded.

The Role:

*Contracts management, site management, business development, and surveying

The Person:

*Background in the construction industry

*Experience in contract management, site management, surveying or similar

*Any previous experience in conservation/ preservation of older buildings would be beneficial but not required

*Full UK Driver's license
