Role - Change Manager

Start - ASAP

Duration - 6 months

Location - Brussels Remote initially

Storytelling

*Define the common story (USP) of Data Transformation

*Translate the technical delivery roadmap into a value roadmap

Stakeholder management

*Manage expectations of different stakeholders

*Define generic and specific communication tracks

*Escalation point for stakeholders in case of unmet expectations

*Measure customer satisfaction

*External ambassador of Data Transformation

Change Management

*Close collaboration with the change managers of the different programs in the Data Transformation

*Bringing the different change plans in line with the above story

*Define training needs and data literacy approach

*Onboarding of operational teams and management

*Assess impact of new demand and projects on the change for data workers

Profile:

*Solid background in change management and communication (different communication channels)

Telco expertise

Excellent communication and presentation skills: EN, FR/NL (notions of the other), on executive level as well
