We are looking for an enthusiastic & personable individual who is looking to take their IT career to the next level. This business has been growing throughout the last year and are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their expanding team.
Whether you have a years experience, an apprenticeship or a degree with a placement - we are open to seeing people with different levels of experience. You must just have some hands on experience, through work or a recent degree / apprenticeship.
This role will involve supporting a blend of IT, business systems & applications, some bespoke to the business and some you may already be familiar with!
This will be a broad role touching upon various technologies alongside a lot of training .
Skills & Experience:
* Some experience providing IT Support
* An understanding around working with ticketing systems
* Basic knowledge / experience with Office 365
* Strong communication skills - experience in a customer focused role would be advantageous
* Eagerness to learn and take on new technologies.
