This role is currently fully remote and all interviewing for this role is being carried out remotely in line with government guidelines. Platform Engineer - What will you bring to the team?

We're looking for someone that has experience working with technologies like Docker and AWS. Someone who is looking to keep on learning and pick up new technologies like Kubernetes and Terraform. The DevOps practice is well established and has a great reputation across the market for being cutting edge.

What does the role involve?

Before Covid, the role involved travelling to client site every week and understanding the client requirements, building pipelines, creating containers and being solution driven. Now the role has changed dramatically and the role doesn't require as much travel. Once travel restrictions lift again, you can travel to the client site, build rapport and understand exactly how the client works. Once you have this understanding you can work on client site OR work remotely depending on what suits you. You'll still be using the latest technologies and working with the best in the market, now in a way that suits your lifestyle. What do you need to have to apply?
