Established over 80 years ago, this company are a leading Food Group that specialise in the cooking, slicing and packaging of different meat products. Due to ongoing expansion and the continuation of their development as a business they are looking to bring an Engineering Manager into their highly skilled team.

This autonomous role will be a great opportunity where you will managing an established Engineering team within the business. The role will involve managing the team and looking to drive improvements through the business. You will be working with other senior members in the Engineering team to assess and continue to drive continuous improvements across the site.
