New opportunity in Bristol for an experienced Senior Embedded Engineer to join a Design Services company who help their clients create ground breaking products. This small Software team in Bristol now need an experienced Senior Embedded Engineer with strong C/C++ and linux skills to work on a variety of interesting projects in Computer Vision, AR/VR and IoT at all levels of the software stack - from bare-metal and low-level linux kernel drivers to user-space applications and HTML web-apps. Suitable candidates will be seasoned Engineers with at least 5yrs to 10 years+ expertise with experience of:Embedded C/C++Gitlinux user-space or kernel development.Driver development (e.g. DMA, MIPI, I2C)Video and audio applicationsPython, shell or other scripting language
The successful Senior Embedded Engineer will have a calm , positive attitude and be capable and happy working in a small team and also working independently.
