IFS Senior Business Systems Analyst

I am looking to speak with Senior Business Systems Analyst who have vast IFS experience, especially with using IFS10. This role will be part of a team accountable for the design delivery and ongoing development and support of the UK and Ireland systems.

Main Duties

• Working with key business subject matter experts to analyse and gathering business requirements and produce business requirements documentation including process flows
• Ensure Design continues to meet business needs and ensure all change requests are fully impact assessed within relevant Finance teams
• Perform or support training needs analysis, design and deliver training materials and develop a training plan
• Create functional test scenarios and test scripts, support UAT.
• Develop test plan to track progress against project plan and highlight any resource/ time issues
• Ensure testing risks and issues represented at meetings are escalated appropriately
• Report and address process issues, report potential change requests and deliver impact assessments as required
• Manage governance - ensure that all allocated activities and documentation adhere to project governance quality requirements and are submitted by the communicated deadlines
• Resource management within the project, administration and budget/cost management will also be required

Essential Experience

• Considerable experience of IFS ERP and version IFS10
• Extensive experience in implementation
• Ensuring good relationships are maintained with all external parties to enhance the reputation of the company
• Successful development, delivery and management of strategic and tactical business policies, plans, processes and business systems.
• Sound understanding of finance, procure to pay, CRM, HRM and project accounting end-to-end process and system integration
• Excellent team player, who has abilities to offer strong relationship and be a clear communicator
