My client is one of the largest SAP Business One Practices in the world, having offices in the UK, South America, Asia and the US.This client is now looking to grow organically and also through M&A. This role is going to help lead and grow the practice to meet these targets. You will:Be accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of practice.Be responsible for forecasting and profitability for the practice.Be responsible for maintaining practice direction, ensuring quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer reference ability.Ensure that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements.Develop plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve the business plan.Be responsible for recruitment and managing individual contributors.Serve as trusted advisor for SAP Business One and Business ByDesign engagements.Develop trusted relationship with customersOwn escalation management on portfolio of projects both internally and for the customer.Collaborate with other Heads of Departments globally, in order to ensure the delivery of customer projects on time and budget as well as to develop people and processes related initiatives.Collaborate with Sales & Pre-Sales as needed, in order to progress new and existing business opportunities. Experience and Qualifications:SAP Business One experience is desirable.5+ years of experience relevant to this position (consulting team management) including 4 years of consulting experience and 2 years of project management leadership experience.Experience in growing a rapidly business or establishing a new subsidiary/officeUndergraduate degree or equivalent experience.Experience leading, engaging, mobilizing and motivating multiple teams to accomplish goals.ERP or similar product, technology or industry expertise.Ability to travel as needed across the UK when needed, with occasional travel to Europe and North America.Fluent English Personal Attributes:Ability to motivate teams and colleaguesLateral thinkingCommunicative.
