Microsoft Dynamics (D365 CE) - Systems & Data Analyst - Financial Services - Salary up to £45,000 plus benefits

Following expansion of the business, an award winning financial services provider is looking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic CRM specialist. As a primary point of contact for CRM you be the go-to person for all system and data needs, with additional responsibilities around collating management information. The role will be the conduit between external IT support and to review business systems on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will be keen to be in an entrepreneurial environment that is evolving and embraces change.

Roles and responsibilities:

• To ensure the system is live and minimise downtime
• Amend the system to meet evolving requirements
• Respond to ad-hoc support requests
• Be a super user of MS Dynamics 365
• Proactively suggest improvements/changes that can be made to drive performance
• Produce data reports for management
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy around reporting
• Work with the management team to create, prioritise and manage work requests
• Provide training on MS Dynamics 365 to new staff and assist with troubleshooting
• Manage ongoing development of the systems

You will achieve:

• Salary up to £45,000 (experience dependant)
