Senior Implementation Manager - Remote

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Implementation Manager to support an NHS organisation with a Time Recording (CMAP) implementation project on 3-month contract. This wil be a full time remote working contract.

Job specification:

* Support the individual teams in the completion of the data forms required for set up

* Support the project team to co-ordinate the returns, to identify and agree new standard operating procedures that will drive improved efficiency, effectiveness and collaboration across the teams

* Lead the communications and engagement workstream to secure the level of business change required to realise the opportunities for improved ways of working

* Provide Senior level PMO support, ensuring that appropriate activities are scheduled and completed to achieve planned milestones

* Liaise with Project Working Group and Project Board

You will need:

* Advanced Lean skills and experience

* Significant experience of planning and delivering business change associated with implementing new software or systems in a project or consultancy context, including managing director level stakeholders

* Significant experience of working with time recording and other operational efficiency tools

* Strong stakeholder management skills

* Business Change experience

* Worked at 8D level or equivalent

Ideally you will have experience in:

* Lean

* Project Management

* Training

* Time recording system experience

* CMAP system working Knowledge
