The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to manage a small team of engineers within the Maintenance Department. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance and repairs of specialist machinery across the site and be responsible for a range of project work. The Role:

*Managing a team of engineers in the maintenance department.

*50/50 split between continuous improvements & shop floor tasks.

*Overseeing the repair, maintenance and installation of machinery

*Working a days based, Monday to Friday.

The Person:

*Maintenance Manager

*Also considered, Maintenance Team Leader or Maintenance Supervisor experience

*Experience overseeing continuous improvement projects across a site

*Mechanical or/and Electrical maintenance background

*Experience wokrng in manufacturing/ produtction/ industrial
