Process Engineering LeaderCwmbran£30,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + Bonus + Pension (7.5%) + Medical + HolidayAn excellent opportunity for someone looking for a varied and interesting role, where you will play an instrumental part in a market leader, taking responsibility for a small team in the process department to improve processes across the manufacturing plant.This company are a global manufacturing company that are at the forefront of industry. Supplying products into a range of sectors across the world, they are consistently expanding their reach and now due to an internal promotion they are looking for a Process Engineering Leader to join the team in a pivotal role.In this role you will be responsible for running a small process engineering department. This will include identifying process and equipment optimisation activities to deliver on KPI's and drive the business forwards. Running a small team of 10 across 5 shifts you will be managing all process activities for the site.The ideal candidate will be qualified in an Engineering or Scientific discipline, come for a manufacturing or production environment. You will also have knowledge of continuous improvement, lean or six sigma processes and have ran a small team.This is a fantastic chance to join an internationally recognised manufacturing company, that can offer you a technically interesting and diverse role, where you will play an instrumental part in their continued success.The Role:

*Identify and action process improvements and optimisation across the manufacturing plant

*You will lead a small team of 10 operators across 5 shifts

*Work with the engineering and operations teamsThe Person:

*Qualified in an Engineering or Scientific discipline

*Process improvement for manufacturing

*LEAN, Six Sigma, Continuous improvements knowledge

*Lead or supervised a small team
