Infrastructure Engineer London to £120k

Infrastructure Engineer / Platform Engineering *Remote Interview WFH*. Global Investment Management company is seeking a technologist Infrastructure Engineer with a broad range of experience to deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions, automating wherever possible. You'll work with a range of technologies, take a lead on projects and progress your career in a highly technical low latency environment.

As an Infrastructure Engineer you will deliver secure systems on Linux (RHEL, CentOS and OEL) encompassing systems engineering and performance, configuration management and day to day operations. You'll seek to automate wherever possible to improve efficiency and support Infrastructure as a Service, promote DevOps best practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, branching strategy and environment decoupling) and manage and maintain a multi-cloud environment (AWS, GCP).

You'll be based in modern, open plan offices with all the latest kit and 360 views of the City; the company is able to offer a remote interview process / onboarding process and work from during the current social distancing measures (full time office based thereafter).

Requirements:

Indepth knowledge of Linux OS in an enterprise scale environment

Strong experience of using Chef

Python or Ruby scripting / coding ability

Strong analysis and problem solving skills

Collaborative with excellent written and verbal communication skills
