Our client is a market leading company in their sector and they're on the lookout for an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to work out of their landmark offices based in Surrey.The successful candidate will be responsible for the Technical support and complex project deployments of the Infrastructure in Europe along with providing follow the sun technical support to the Asia, ME & India, and Americas Region during their off hours.This position will be primarily focused on technical support of the collaboration infrastructure services and components. This role will also involve hands-on technical project work which will require close collaboration with the US Infrastructure engineering teams and the Asia, ME & India, and Americas Technical support teams.
The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with management and troubleshooting on the following technologies and hardware.Key Essential Skills
