My Client, a growing Pharmaceutical company based in Dublin, are now looking for a NPI Manager to join their team.As NPI Manager you will be responsible for global launches for the B2B and B2C company business. You will lead the launch activities across the organization and in collaboration with our contract manufacturers and clients. Implementing and managing cross-functional processes and plans that enable our company to execute on time product launches.Define detailed launch plans and lead meetings with the cross-functional teams, clients and contract manufacturers. In charge of project tracking, and communications in support of launchesWork with contractors and clients to ensure alignment project timeliness and deliverablesManage the planning and execution of the launches, including timelines and deliverablesEnsure alignment and continuity between pre-commercial launch activities, commercial launch activities and post-launch activities.Effectively communicate and create a positive experience with clients, internal stakeholders, external manufacturers and other parties Education & Experience:Degree in supply chain, business, engineering, life sciences or related field5+ years' experience in launches management and/or supply chain management in Pharma IndustryKnowledge of project management tools and processes, SAP and Microsoft software packages (Excel, PowerPoint) The company are embarking on a major growth phase and adding to their product range, so this is a really interesting time to join their NPI function!
