Sage Support Consultant

Salary - £25000 - £35000 + Benefits

Location - Remote/West Midlands

I am working with a leading Sage business partner who is now looking for a Sage support consultant to join their support team.

They are now looking for an enthusiastic, bright team member who has experience providing 1st & 2nd line of support for Sage 200, Sage 50 and 3rd party add-ons software such as Sicon, Draycir etc. The ideal candidate will have a background working at Sage (vendor) or a Sage business partner doing a similar role.

You will be a part of support team providing telephone and email support to their customers dealing with issues and requests, troubleshooting and resolving problems, logging and documenting queries and problems and escalating them where necessary to the senior staff.

To be considered for this role must have:

• 1st & 2nd of Sage 200 & Sage 50 support experience
• Proven IT support/administration experience
• Good SQL skills
• Any exposure to 3rd party software such as Sicon, Drqaycir etc. is a bonus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with employees at all organisational levels
• Full eligibility to work in the UK
