My Client a leading Pharmaceutical company based in Belguim requires an Office 365 Migration Expert
Job description
As an Office 365 Migration Expert you'll work on various projects related to Office 365 with a specific focus on migrating MS Teams and SharePoint Online. You will need to manage both customer relationships and the technical solution of customer's requests, deliver high quality through timely response, resolution, interpersonal collaboration and execution. We are looking for people with following aptitudes:
Ability to understand and analyze user's requests.
Provide the quick and accurate solutions to the customers' problems. Meet all follow up commitments made with customers.
Lead migration of solutions based on MS Teams and/or SharePoint Online following the SCRUM methodology
Effectively manage relationships with customers, while ensuring high customer satisfaction of the overall User Experience.
Compliance with the service operation processes for execution excellence.
Your profile
at least a bachelor's degree in IT
3+ years' of experience in SharePoint Online and proven expertise in Office 365
Strong functional knowledge of SharePoint: metadata, content type, workflow, permissions, custom search center...
1+ year of experience in MS Teams and Office Groups.
Experimented with ShareGate
Experimented with Office 365 Migrations
Capable to evaluate the Office 365 overall tenant configuration
have very good understanding of the Office 365 solutions and how they can work together
