My client a large global financial services brand is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive on a initial contract until year end. This role is based Virtual and Inside IR35The Global Entertainment Benefits team is responsible for management and marketing of Entertainment Benefits in collaboration with teams across the organisation and world. Reporting to the Int'l Entertainment Benefits Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring effective and consistent deployment and marketing of entertainment benefits in non-US markets. This person will facilitate the communication of entertainment and ticketing program benefits (i.e. pre-sales access, preferred seating, in-venue benefits, virtual experiences) across markets and products with the goal of increasing customer awareness and utilisation. This role will also support definition and maintenance of the end-to-end customer journey in both digital and non-digital channels. Lastly, this person will be responsible for tracking key metrics related to entertainment benefit marketing and the customer journey across, and reporting trends and best practices to all markets.This will require very close partnership across the business with other members of the Global Premium Products & Benefits Team, Global Advertising & Brand Management Team, Product Team (Consumer, Business and Network), Servicing, Marketing, and Enterprise Digital. Key Responsibilities:Understand customer insights, industry trends and competitive landscape to deliver insights around design target and existing customer needsSupport the deployment and marketing of entertainment benefits across international marketsPartner with local markets and Brand to establish communication plans to drive brand and benefit awareness, consideration, engagement and advocacySupport the E2E customer experience with the objective of improving and connecting the CM journey from the discovery of events to the moment they leave the event. This will include:Working with local markets and third party teams to create business cases and prioritisation of tech projects Enhance existing entertainment benefit sites and enable discovery and purchase in additional digital channelsWorking with Brand on partner channel enhancements that give CMs a personalised experience in a separate environmentSupport the creation of a global measurement framework for entertainment benefitsDeliver central assets and tools to support best-in-class benefit management in the marketsRequired Skills:Experience in driving and leading changeProven track record for developing and executing winning strategiesExceptional partner (internal and external) relationship/negotiation/influence skills and a proven ability to drive results through collaboration with partners across several marketsStrong customer focus and keen eye on external market and competitor trends, as well as marketing tacticsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding work environmentSuperior verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across a variety of audiences with the ability to influence business decisions at all levels and marketsGood analytical, and business management skills and ability to leverage data to drive business decisionsAbility to adapt to evolving priorities and work environment - demonstrates flexibility and openness to changing circumstanceFlexible to work across multiple time zones and ability to travel, as requiredKnowledge of the entertainment industry
