Senior Software Engineers - Embedded Applications are sought by this very successful multi-national development organisation to be based at their European R+D Centre in Eindhoven. The Senior Software Engineers - Embedded Applications will be responsible for producing very high quality embedded software under Linux and RTOS in C and C++. The Senior Software Engineers - Embedded Applications will be responsible for the complete software development lifecycle from initial specification to customer delivery including working closely with customer engineering teams responsible for technically road-mapping future development projects. These opportunities will give the Senior Software Engineer - Embedded Applications the opportunity to work in a variety of product development environments including medical devices, wireless devices, automotive and industrial IoT! You will have 5+ years post graduate hands-on embedded software development experience and your skills should include in-depth low level Linux and RTOS knowledge, C and C++ too (exposure to other programming languages is a plus). You should have experience of the complete software development lifecycle. You will also have experience working closely with customer engineering teams (at all levels) and be confident in your skills to deliver specifications for next generation development. You will also need excellent written and spoken English skills and be able to display a real passion for embedded development. These positions are urgent so you need to be able to freely travel to Eindhoven for interview and to start your employment. Candidates also need to be fully authorised to live and work in the EU.
