You would be a key member of the Engineering management team at their Wolverhampton site and get to be heavily involved in driving forward maintenance and reliability best practice.

This is an environment which will channel your talents and be able to offer outstanding career development opportunities. You will be working alongside other Shift Managers and so be able to learn directly from others, as well as putting your own skills to good use.

You will be the 'front-line' operational management of the on-shift engineers. The position works on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. 12 hour day and 12 hour night shifts. On nights you will ensure that the multi-skilled team deliver the needed reactive, preventative and predictive maintenance, but also have the authority to propose improvements in maintenance job plans and procedures.

In the days you will focus on using Reliability Engineering techniques to identify and implement your own projects aimed at reducing inefficiencies and minimising downtime. Training and specialised equipment will be available to support you with this side of the role.

The site is a leading supplier of food products to some of the biggest foods service companies in the UK, so you will be able to develop further your prior experience of working within the food or FMCG sector.
