Unique opportunity to join a small but thriving company where you will be heavily involved with the day to day running of the business with the opportunity to take on more responsibility further down the line.This company are a niche general building and maintenance firm carrying out work for a wide range of commercial clients. Going from strength to strength they currently have a busy order book for the next 12 months and as a result are looking to take on an additional Project Manager.This is a hugely varied role where no two jobs will be the same. Working alongside 2 other Project Managers you will deal with new enquiries, price up jobs/produce quotations and manage client expectations through regular contact. You will be office based with regular site visits and for the right candidate, this role offers excellent long term prospects.This role would be ideal for a tradesperson who has been running their own business and now wants to come off the tools into an office based role.The Role:

* Project Manager - General Building / Maintenance company

* Working alongside 2 other Project Managers

* Office based with regular site visits

* Managing clients expectations

* Looking at work, pricing jobs, producing quotationsThe person:

* Ideal background would be a tradesperson who has been running their own company and now looking to come off the tools into an office based role

* Must be Bristol/Bath based
