You are responsible for:Analyzing and recording customer requirements during customer-client workshopsAdvising and instructing the customer on the best use of Microsoft Dynamics D365 to suit their business requirementsDesigning Microsoft Dynamics D365 modifications to allow the customer to perform any processes which have been identified as gapsInstallation and configuration, including ensuring that the Microsoft Dynamics D365 implementation is correctly configured to ensure the processes run as definedTesting and documenting the modifications that have been designed and introducing the finished modifications to the customerProducing appropriate documentation to a high standard according to project methodology and phase Your Profile:A minimum of 5 years' experiences as a Functional or Business Analyst, Solutions or Technical Consultant in D365 (modules: Customer Engagement, F&O, Finance or Project Operations)Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/D365 experience (certification is a plus)Experience within the healthcare business is a plusExperience reviewing business needs, researching potential solutions, and providing solid process and technical recommendationsExcellent understanding of ERP systems and how they are employed in business useKnowledge of major business lifecycles in Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and ServiceFamiliarity and experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as the Power Platform (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI), Business Analytics and CubesAbility to communicate technical aspects to non-technical shareholdersStrong customer relationship skills Your offer: A permanent employment contract with an attractive salary for a long-term perspectiveA relaxed start-up atmosphere with the stability of an established international group in the backgroundA high-impact role in a fast-growing international environmentFlexible working hours and home office
