Contracts Manager (Construction) £38-42k + Company Car + 4 Weeks Holiday + Bank Holidays

This company operates as a main and specialised contractor on a variety of projects - from new builds, to maintenance and refurbishment of local authorities across South Wales.

In this role you will be working under the Director to assist with management duties and to develop skills under their leadership. Your role will include contract management, project management, client relationships, and ultimately ensuring the delivery of an excellent service. The role allow a motivated individual to progress and become second in command.

The ideal candidate will have vast experience in the construction industry, with some experience in contract management.

The Role:

*Responsibility for developing new business whilst maintaining existing client relationships

*Manage projects from cradle to grave

*Surveying of works and assisting in the submission of tenders

*Management of labour, both permanently employed and sub-contractors

The Person:

* Relevant degree / HNC or HND

* Significant knowledge and experience in the construction industry

* Relevant experience in Contracts Management

* Technically minded, with ability to work individually and part of a team
