Tech Lead - DotNetLocation:Bristol, UK Department/Practice:BFSI UK1.1 / Insurance Job Purpose and primary objectives: Working with Project stakeholders and the DotNet Development team to ensure solutions are delivered timely with quality. With strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills, need to work on the organization, delegation management and performance control of the team Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): Should be a team player having the below given responsibilities: ? Proficient in all stages of the SDLC with proven experience in analysis, design and development stages ? Lead the Development team through all aspects of the SDLC, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of work ? Solid interpersonal communication and organizational skills to operate as a contributing member ? Ensure effective and consistent communication within the team and with SME/Scrum Master/Product Owner ? Collaborating with the Team to identify and fix technical issues ? Ensure enterprise coding standards and drive process improvements ? Participate in the review of deliverables & documents to comply to the standards ? Participate in Quality improvement initiatives as required ? Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to the Team - Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities (please specify if the position will have persons reporting to it): ? Lead the Development team through all aspects of the SDLC ? Delegating work and assignments to Team members ? Mentoring and coaching the Team Key Skills/Knowledge: ? Experience in Visual Studio,.NET Framework 4.6 and above, MVC ? Experience in SQL Server 2014 and above, writing complex SQL Queries and stored procedures. ? Experience in Windows Applications ? Experience in Creating Web Services and WCF Services ? Experience in WIX Setup (Packaging) ? Experience in using TFS & GIT ? Knowledge on Urban Code Deployments ? Knowledge on Agile Methodology ? Experience working with globally distributed teams Experience required: Strong Experience in DotNet and Stakeholder management and involved in at-least 5 Large Project implementations Duration of the Assignment:1 Year
