Role DescriptionTake overall responsibility for quality standards as agreed with Head of R&D and Product EngineeringManage transparent regression testing (functional, performance, security/penetration)Provide support, guidance and training to the testers with regards to automated test scripting/codingAllocate regression work packagesLead initiative to extend automated testing linked to continuous integration pipelineDefine work scopePerform automated test scripting/codingModify regression scriptsEnsure bug fixing is prioritised and fixed during testingLine management for QA staff outside of scrum teamsReport to Head of R&D
