We are searching for a Support Developer to join our client's development team - you will be involved in creating and supporting a variety of in-house solutions for an exciting and very successful business.You will assist in delivering project components and change requests to agreed timescales, quality and scope. You will also assist in the preparation and execution of user and system test plans.Responsibilities:Supporting existing and future in-house developmentsGathering and documenting user requirementsResponding to issues/faults and delivering end user requestsWorking as part of a team in order to deliver complex development projectsSkills & Attributes:Strong customer service approach to support, development and requirements gatheringUnderstanding and working knowledge of web-based development processesAbility to adapt to the needs of the business and learn new technologies quicklyAbility to troubleshoot logically in multiple programming languages and platformsAble to communicate to all levels of the businessAbility to gather and interpret project requirementsExperience of documenting development & codeFast learner with a keen eye for detailThe ideal candidate for this role will have some commercial experience in a mixture of the following; ASP.NETC#HTMLCSSJavaScriptT-SQL/TSQLSQL Database AdministrativePL/SQLMySQL
