Excellent opportunity for a Technical Support to join an ambitious and growing company offering excellent training and progression opportunities, autonomy and responsibility, and a varied and interesting day to day task.

This company provide bespoke software solutions to market leading businesses across the UK to revolutionise their IT Ticketing processes. The company is small but growing with a collaborative office-based environment.

In this role you will be supporting end users to install software on their own machines using Linux and Windows and suggest improvements to the installer systems provided with full in-house training and there is the option to study for external qualifications.

The ideal candidate would be a budding technical support engineer with a background in Saas or Webhosting Software with recent Linux experience and strong communication skills.
