£45,000 - £47,000 Basic + Managing Team of 45 + Progression + Established + Pension

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a leading UK organisation in Johnstone, Scotland who will ensure your job security in the long term. Our client is looking for a forward thinking and motivated individual who has the aspirations of becoming an Engineering Director through hard work and loyalty in years to come to join them on a permanent basis as the Engineering Manager.

The successful Engineering Manager will be responsible for the man management of around 45 Engineers and will be in control of budgets, improving service and energy levels within the depot, managing performances and being responsible for the Health and Safety of the Engineers.

THE ROLE

* Engineering Manager - Based in Johnstone, Scotland (relocation package could be available)

* Managing a team of >45 Engineers

* Being responsible for Health & Safety

* Dealing with Compliance issues THE PERSON

* Engineering Manager - previous managerial experience required]

* Come from a Transportation background, ideally buses

* Must have previous Workshop experience
