Are you looking for your next challenge? Then join a well-established leading Door Entry and Access Control Security Specialist Company based in Hounslow.

You will be responsible for the service and installation of Intercoms, Access Control and CCTV System (IP & Analogue).

Working within a team of 20 engineers, providing first class service to their customers based throughout London and home counties.

You will be provided with a company van with van stock, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform, Health and Safety Training, ECS Card, in-house training and manufacture training on products.

Responsibilities:

- Attend reactive repairs to Access Control, CCTV & Entry Systems

- Installation of Entry Systems: i.e. Door entry & Access Control / CCTV

- Fault Finding on site & resolving issues in a timely manner

- Emergency Response Call outs (current rota approx.1 week every 2/3 months)

- Equipment preparation for installation

- Managing own van stock levels

- Completing Service Sheets with relevant information in a formal, concise manner.

- Undertaking of supplier training courses & H&S Test for ECS Card

- Participating in monthly meetings at the office in Hounslow

Skills & Experience:

- Methodical approach to troubleshooting faults

- Ability to work on own and as part of a team

- Can do think outside of the box attitude

- Plan and manage installations

- Manage time spent onsite

- Experience both on installation and servicing levels of Access Control, Intercoms and CCTV Systems. Knowledge of common problems to assist in fault finding

- A Full UK Driving License

- Ability to report effectively and clearly to the office

- Able to provide training to customers and colleagues

- Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines

Benefits:

- Permanent / Full Time Position

- Salary £31,000 - £34,000

- Working hours Mon-Fri 08:30 - 17:00
