Job Title:Efront Production Support Engineer

Inside IR35

Location:Edinburgh

Department/Practice:BFSi

Job Purpose and primary objectives:

New role addition

Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):

Experience in Efront application on setting up and managing workflow of Private Equity, real Estate, Private Debts, Fund of Hedge Funds.

Experience in EFront product - Private equity, real Estate, Hedge Funds workflow

Experience in L2 production support, managing customized API using Java/.Net

Create customized batch Jobs and report using unix/shell scripts and autosys scheduler

Responsible for Efront installation, configuration, establish the interface connectivity with various applications, database setup and configuring the batch jobs, reports etc

Experience in Migration & Implementation plan

Need to Handle Customer Communications and Management Reporting

Experience in service now, monitoring tool, reports server

Experience in integrating customized API with Efront

Advantage if using Restful API/SoapUI

Should have experience in interpret different inbound/outbound messages (file /message based) types

Experience in managing Fund setup, Private equities transaction reports, clarifying business workflows and setup

Should have data analytic skills to analyze the data from various source systems

Experience in SOP, resolving incidents due to data issues, user setup, integration issues

Key Skills/Knowledge:

3 years mandatory experience in Efront product

Experience required:

4-6 years

Duration of the Assignment:

6 months
