Excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company in a key role working with Embedded C/C++ in a Linux environment where you will be given autonomy and given responsibility to make key technical decisions.

This global company are world leaders in video wall technology, working across 5 continents. Due to recent successes, they are looking to bring on board an Embedded Software Engineer.

In this role you will develop embedded software for video appliances. You be developing and testing using C/C++ in an Embedded Linux environment where you will be responsible for the whole Embedded System design lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Linux including an understanding of multithreaded and multiprocessing embedded programming. You will have experience in L2 and L3 Networking protocols and with Linux socket programming.

The Role:

* Software Development and testing using C++ in an Embedded Linux environment

* Develop embedded software for video appliances

* Take responsibility for the whole Embedded System design lifecycle

The Person:

* Experience with Linux, including an understanding of multithreaded and multiprocessing embedded programming

* Experience in L2 and L3 Networking protocols

* Experience with Linux socket programming
