ServiceNow Administator - WarsawJob DescriptionMy client are looking for an individual who had experience with ServiceNow, whether that be hands on or as a user. They're open to training up somebody who has the right mentality and wants to succeed in the ServiceNow world.
Role & ResponsibilitiesFulfilment of all reported customer incidents and requestsAct as the the first point of contact for all global users requiring supportOngoing maintenance of the platformReport and manage vendor reported issuesSupport platform upgradesSupport the team with testing
Skills & QualificationsExperience with multiple of the following ITIL disciplines including: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Request Management and Process Automation.Solid command of the English language both verbal and written.Experience with ServiceNow, in a support/administrative role or as a user of the platform.
