An excellent role on offer for a Production Manager looking to work for a tight knit family run manufacturer, where you will manage a team of experts, whilst working in a technically challenging role.

Established over 20 years ago this family run company are market leaders where they Design, Develop and Manufacture specialist components for the lighting industry. They have an excellent reputation within this industry for the quality of their products that they produce and they have a staff retention of 90% annually. Due to expansion they are now looking for a Production Manager who will manage a team of highly skilled staff.

In this role you will take ownership and have full responsibility for all production within the company. You will manage and lead a team of 15 employees to ensure all production processes are followed at all times. You will also identify, champion and support continuous improvement activities throughout the company.

This role would ideally suit a Production Manager from a manufacturing background, who is looking to work for a company that are known to look after its staff, whilst working in a technically challenging role.

The Role:

Manage and lead a team of 15 employees

Drive and implement continuous improvement across the company

Ensuring all production processes are met and maintained at all times

£35,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Person:

Must have management in a manufacturing environment

Live local to Hadleigh or serious about relocating

Wants to enforce change and make this role their own
