Position
Working across the entire Managed Services function, you will engage with multiple business areas including Operations, Billing and SMART teams in order to provide detailed analytical insights.
Responsibilities
- Supporting clients and internal users with multiple data requests. Working across multiple business streams to 'fact-find' for the Managed Services department.
- Creating and maintaining data and data dashboards.
- Presenting data for internal and external use.
- Creating and presenting client reports as necessary.
- Identifying and fixing problems as they occur, spotting and resolving data anomalies.
- Playing an active role in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Providing ad-hoc support to the Service Desk to assist with support tickets.
Requirements
ANALYTICAL -You should be comfortable working with large data sets and using that data to create both internal and client reports.
INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE - Ideally, you will already be working within the energy sector, preferably with some Operations process knowledge.
FLEXIBLE - Every day is different, and you will need to be able to confidently deliver across multiple workstreams.
SKILL - You will be SQL savvy, with a strong understanding of Excel. Presentation skills and good attention to detail are also essential.
