Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead (JavaScript Node React) *Remote Process* Pioneering stealth mode start up is seeking an accomplished Full Stack Developer to join their team and make a marked impact as they continue to grow.

In this Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead role you'll lead a close-knit technical team who will take ownership of designing and developing new features on the core platform. You'll remain technically hands-on, problem solving collaboratively to make improvements and will be a key figure in launching the product.

The platform has built with Node.js backend and React on the client side, so experience in these is essential. 

In this Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead role you'll have considerable autonomy, giving you both freedom and considerable technical influence on high priority projects so you can directly see the positive impact of your efforts. Going forward, you'll have the opportunity to recruit a team around you and in time progress to CTO position.

*Please note: this company is able to conduct a remote interview and onboarding process as well as work from home during the social distancing measures. There are plans to open a London office in due course, and you will have some continued flexible work opportunities.*

Requirements:

You have experience working in start-up tech environments or are very keen to do so, have an entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen

You're experienced across the full JavaScript technology stack ideally with Node backend (also consider Java or Python) and React on the frontend

You have experience in a senior / leadership role with excellent project planning and a delivery focused mindset

You're likely to be an active member of tech meet-ups and attend industry conferences, keep up to date with the latest innovations and methodologies

As a Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead you will earn a highly competitive salary (to £90k) plus potentially very valuable equity.
