JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title:Customer Experience Designer Inside IR35 Location:London, UK Department/Practice: I.T. Consultancy Job Purpose and primary objectives: Customer Experience design Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): ? Leads on the customer experience for their product/process, encouraging stakeholders to take a customer-first approach ? Own the customer experience deliverables and ensuring they are delivered on time ? Key point of contact for all stakeholders including the dev team ? Responsible for the active prioritization of design activities (UX, VD and copy) through the design backlog ? Critical review of design work to ensure business/customer needs are met ? Sanity testing of designs developed to ensure design standards are met ? Voice of the customer (internal/external) through user research and reviewing existing feedback loop (both qualitative and quantitative) ? Liaise with BAs for UX requirements gathering ? Responsible for sign off copy by relevant stakeholders ? Identify ways to improve the existing experience and ensure UX improvements are included in future releases ? Scan the market for best in class experiences Key Skills/Knowledge: Experience required: 10+ years of experience in Cx/Ux Visual Designing and stakeholder management Duration of the Assignment:9 months
