General Maintenance / Mutli-Trade Person (Property / Plumbing)

£800-1600 p/w

Sub-contract - 2 years + (Long running contracts of work)

Monday - Friday (9am-6pm) OR Flexible hours

Are you multi-skilled in Property Maintenance with experience of plumbing looking for long term subcontract work?

Fantastic opportunity on offer to work with a well-established rapidly expanding company in London. This exceptional company specialise in general reactive maintenance and repair works to residential properties across London, working with some of the leading estate agencies in the area.

Due to expansion, growth, and a strong order book, they are currently looking for experienced Property Maintenance specialists (with plumbing experience) to join the team on a long-term sub-contract basis.

Please note, this position is demanding and fast paced which requires applicants to work to tight deadlines, work on their own initiative and be good at problem solving, whilst maintaining professionalism and high-quality work at all times.

The role:

· General Property Maintenance + P;lumbing (skills preferred include- painting / decorating /carpentry/general building works/ plumbing)

· Working alone on both occupied and unoccupied residential homes (unsupervised)

· Allocated jobs from Monday - Friday from 9am - 6 pm. If you have your own projects, this can be flexible so you can carry these out alongside your own work

· Meeting and speaking with customers on a daily basis - good communication skills are essential

· Using a smartphone to communicate jobs and other information such as job reports using various apps

· Immediate starts - long term contract work available

The person:

· Own vehicle & Tools

· UTR (unique tax reference)

· Skilled in general property maintenance (3+ years preferred)

· Self-driven and have a good eye for detail

· Must be reliable and professional

· Sound knowledge of health and safety

· Good communicator
