Senior Software Tester / QA (Java Automation Selenium) *Flexible Working* Pioneering data discovery organisation is seeking an accomplished Software Tester to play a key role in their Agile team and work directly on exciting data-centric Greenfield projects.

The company has created cutting-edge, powerful data indexing solution to help their impressive host of clients better manage and store their data in the Cloud in a secure manner

As a Senior Software Tester you'll take ownership of setting up the automation test frameworks from scratch, guiding processes by recommending the right tools for the job and championing best practice.

You'll work closely with development teams to identify areas for potential automation, alongside creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structures test plans and test cases. You'll be responsible for identifying, recording and tracking bugs, in conjunction with carrying out regression testing once bugs are resolved.

*Please note: this company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as work from home during the current social distancing measures. Going forward, there will be a gradual return to the Reading-based office when it is safe to do so, along with 2 - 3 days a week working from home going forward*

Requirements:

You have strong test automation experience on Java, Python or JavaScript applications

You have good knowledge of test automation frameworks e.g. Selenium, TestNG, AssertJ or similar

You're comfortable in a Linux environment and familiar with containerised development

You're a confident, self-assured and pragmatic communicator who excels when working collaboratively

As a Senior Software Tester you'll earn a highly competitive salary (to £65k) plus a comprehensive benefits package, including an unlimited holiday allowance (minimum 25 days).
