The Ideal candidate will be a MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor. You will have strong knowledge of the Construction/building industry and previous experience in working on high-end projects.

The role:Undertaking a variety of surveys and inspectionsActing as employers agent and contract administratorPreparing tender and contract documents, primarily JCT and some NEC formsAdvising on and acting in accordance with the Party Wall Etc Act, as an appointed surveyor

The Person:MRICSEmployers Agent experienceExperience in Housing, Leisure and Education sectors of the Construction IndustryMotivate and lead a team; ability to take responsibility and deliver results
