IS Specialist/ Support (m/f/d) Are you an experienced IS Specialist/ Supporter (m/f/d) looking for a new project? Our client, a large robotics company offers an interesting project. You should be willing to take care of different administrativ tasks in IS Infrastructure. As a main task, you will support and manage the end of life replacement administration. Your role as IS Specialist/Support: Coordinating support for two departement's in the IS infrastrucutre Ordering and Installation SupportConsulting internal stakeholdersManaging, tracking and escalating ticketsSupporting in room and network questionCreate status reports of different projects and activitiesCoordination and tracking of ordersRequired skillsCertified, degree or vocational education in Information Systems min. 3 years of experiences in the same or similiar rolesTeam player, open minded and flexible personality Good process understanding of IT processes and information systemsFluent in German and English (both at least B2)Further informationlocation: Baden Start date: asapEnd date: August 2021Interested?
