Technical Support Advisor

Truro

£22,000-24,000 + Training + Progression + Pension + Holiday

Are you from a customer facing background with some experience of offering support or technical advice to customers and looking to the UK industry leader in the rapidly expanding renewable energy sector?

With multiple sites, this company have been going for over 20 years and specialise in the renewable energy industry. With increased government backing and a boom in the industry, they have grown from strength to strength, and are continuing to see ongoing year on year growth with extensive plans moving forward. As such they are now looking to take on a Technical Support Advisor to help them continue their growth.

In this varied role, office based role, you will be required to deal with technical queries from customer or installers as well as liaising with the factory and R&D teams to gather the correct information and influence product improvement in the future. Your main role will be to remotely diagnose the problem, source the correct replacement parts and make sure the product is back operational as quickly as possible.

The ideal candidate will have a background of liaising with customers with technical or product issues.

The Role:

* Offering technical advice on products

* Working with customers, installers, the factory and R&D teams

* Working within the renewable energy sector

* Taking inbound calls regarding technical queries, diagnosing the problem and finding a solution

The Person:

* Experience liaising with customers about technical or product queries

* Looking for a job with career prospects

* Computer literate
